It is common to know that why the Disaster Risk Reduction is giving much attention. it is my belief that the act of human beings creates a big challenge for all humanity. The advance arms race increased the risk and climatic condition of the world has been changed, the foremost problem is the climate which is not in our control. and it is due to rapid development of arms technology.the whole earth is in threat.
